CALIBER
SHOOTING RANGE MANAGEMENT APP — DESIGN & BUILD
( THE BRIEF )
A shooting range running on paper — lane bookings by phone, scores in notebooks, and regulars with no reason to come back more often.
( THE BUILD )
We built the range's whole operating system from scratch: realtime lane booking, score tracking with a live leaderboard, a four-tier loyalty program (Bronze to Platinum) wired straight into the gear shop, and an admin dashboard with the KPIs that matter. Lock, aim, fire.
( THE APPROACH )
We started by mapping how the range actually runs day to day — walk-ins, regulars, lane turnover — then designed the app around it. We built in phases so the team had a working booking flow early, then layered scoring, loyalty and the admin side on top.
